@Tom Gimer No, this has nothing whatsoever to do with anyone's marital or relationship issues. 

Are there any red flags that signify someone that I should not work with in your experience?  

If the red card is put in front, it signifies that they want to be left alone.  

My perspective on this has changed again (funny how field results screw up what's on paper).  2% tends to signify a likely REASONABLE rate of return on a buy and hold.

Women have often and sometimes still are defined by their marital status in society, The truth is that women have much to offer in the financial sector and slowly women are gaining the confidence and power to break the glass ceiling.
