On the marketing side of things, I have some experience with graphic design and advertising.

Long term goal of retiring in 10-15 with my properties acting as my primary cash flow in addition to my other income.Currently I am a Cartographer/Graphic Artist.  

I am relatively new to the world of Real Estate Investing.I am still currently working a fulltime job as a Graphic Design Instructor at Sanford Brown College – San Antonio.

I customized the graphics of google maps to highlight schools, big businesses, parks, hospitals, government buildings, and so on.

He advised me to spend as little time and money on website and graphic design as i can but i informed him i have a sister who is a graphic designer with a background in commercial real estate marketing and a best friend who is a web design genius type.

I don't have a flair for graphic design or writing.
