You still have to catch the thief, retrieve the items, and reinstall them.If it's a big risk, I would focus heavily on warning signs and neighborhood watch.

I hate the house buying process (retrieving documents, explanations, wasted time) so I would recommend using a loan agent that you like and you feel comfortable with because there's going to be a ton of communication during the process.

Also note that they most likely already have 95% of this information because what is one of the first things you do when getting a LLC - you get an ein and open a bank accountSo right then and there the information is out there and banks have to report suspicions activitiesFincen is not going to be used by a third party attorney in this type of case I was listening to what I consider a reputable finance podcast this week, and they were saying that there were already some ways for third parties to "end around" and retrieve that information.

A few months after closing they were served with a notice of foreclosure by a lender.Since there's only 20 days from service to file responsive pleadings, I quickly read the policy and the complaint, reviewed the chain of title and spoke with the closing agent who needed some time to retrieve the file and send it to me.
