Is it possible to replicate what you guys in the US are doing?

I probably won't be able to replicate 3% again, but the property has already produced enough income for me to start looking into another investment opportunity! 

My opinion is that you should stick to deals like that as they are replicable and relatively low risk.

You will get educational opportunities, leads and experience that are difficult to replicate any other way. 

I was hoping to replicate the same scenario here in New Jersey (preferably in East Orange, Newark, Passaic or Paterson).

I have been flipping houses in Oklahoma City where I buy them through Sheriff Sale and invest time and light rehab in them and sell them for a small profit.It works for me when I have those 4 types of contacts I listed in my introduction.I hope to replicate the same model here in Haverhill.

They say success leaves clues, is there such a thing as a way to see what the top performing Airbnb properties in the nation are doing to see if we can replicate it? 

Either buy that or replicate it. 

This benefit is not so easily replicated in Stocks/ETFs.
