Due to my own idiotic repetition of mistakes in debt building, I decided to push forward into REI while working a full time job.

I learned a few things ( a ton) on BP by repetition of others with more experience.  1st, it isnt passive income...you still have a certain amount of work and responsibility cut out for you, even with a management company.  2nd, grow the money you have in your "wallet"... don't wait years to be able to finally apply it towards something grand. 

There are endless and repetitive exceptions to everything not of record at the time the policy is issued.

So a repetition of this experience would be welcome.

Start making a list of repetitive, simple tasks that you are always doing and start there.

It becomes fairly repetitive month to month but after 2 years or so you'll have a good idea wtf is going on.

Nice Steven I enjoy sports a lot too (basketball and football) and totally agree with what you said about the talk shows being repetitive and adding nothing to your life.

Automate repetitive management processes to reduce overall management time.

And if I didn't have that time, I know my kids and their kids would get it all back with interest.Once you know HOW to do this, it's just repetitive mechanical steps to do it.
