As others have said, Greece has been involved in this hand waving non-action, in which they assure the EU they are going to reform and stop overspending, then they turn around and tell their voters they won't have any austerity as then they continue to do absolutely nothing about the problem, this is exactly what @Gene Hacker has said.

I truly believe these trump allegations and investigation (weather true or not) are going to cause investors to loose confidence in the economy and Trumps ability to execute his tax reform plans.

(And now thanks to tax reform my carried loss is worth more)I could not have done this with out my W2, so I think for retirement you are looking at a turnkey and I don’t see the returns that make it worthwhile.Also- if you are looking at SFH, be aware that the coming year could see a shift in SFH due to the new bill.Good luck- one of the best things I have done is investing in multi-families and I love being a landlord.
