Where are you with the city required Certificate of Compliance process?

I highly recommend working with him, but only if you're willing to put in the effort to build a business and though leadership brand!

It is a great market but highly recommend partnering with an agent who knows the market and has experience dealing with investors as location is key. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Would take recommendations in the Carolinas as well but not really that high on the interest list.

We require a photo ID and a working cell phone prior to stay, and their system blocks me giving my cell number to them so they can text a copy of their license to me.

Duplexes are a little easier than 3-4 units with FHA since they don't have to meet self-sufficiency requirements.

You can put a mortgage into a "trust: without triggering a due on sale but again contacting your bank/lender is the best route to avoid any issues.Some banks/lenders or servicing companies change guidelines and even a trust may require other paperwork but the attorney usually facilitates that to be safe.  

Expect property inspector to investigate rehab performed was good, alongside general property inspection.Can a BP member please recommend a good inspector along with what I should expect to pay for the service.Thank you
