While other streets were never put in off the main drive.This land is just as raw as it was back in the early 1900's, now over grown with dense forest and undergrowth.So my question here is, would a landowner with enough skills to cut in a driveway be able to do work on the public right of way just enough to get back to the lot or lots that they own?

The real reason behind it is that people keep defaulting, wathing their credit turn to raw sewage, and banks have decided never to lend to these people again....these people being a large percentage of Baltimore.

I prefer using the standard CamScanner because then I'll have an actual image of the card instead of just the raw info, but I guess you could use both.
