People whose rationality comes and goes usually have more than a drinking problem going on.

You are rationalizing the number of rental problems being overshadowed by your tenant paying for your house.

This way the rents are in and we get larger pro-rations and less money to bring to closing.

This isn't a clean title and (unaware) people who buy a property with this kind of title take the risk of expropriation.The reality is that there are absolutely no rational reasons for the Mexican government to expropriate (vacation) properties belonging to foreigners who bought with a clean title.

Unless it was a extreme heat wave I would question the rational of their decision.
