I do know that without the survey the loan is dead. 

Thomas likes debt and thinks equity is dead money.. its a running tongue and cheek we all have on this site.. 

Working a 9-5 job with very little return in a 401k and Roth IRA and having to work until I'm dead is not a life I want to lead.

My brother thinks we have to help and when I explained him this, that I “didnt“ want to help at least right now he told me how cam you be so selfish you can do whathever you want but if you dont help you are dead to me.I just dont understand how they dont see that the best option is to buy a house in order to rent some space!

He was dead serious, but was the only person I talked to that was anywhere near that amount. 

I plan to use it for real estate and just pay it off when the 2-3 yr dead period for pre-pay ends.

I offered cash for keys and all my dead beat tenant did and say, hey I need that cash to live in your place longer than my 60 day no cause.  

(around $2K)Off course both of these cases seem like dead beats, however both are employed on the good positions with the state.
