I'd say that if I were set up a loan servicing program as I had, it would take me about 3 months, 8 hours a day, to set up the required foundation for compliance.It is much the same as the areas of examination for institutional lenders.

We just started discussions with prospective consultants on the EB-5 program and how it may work with our proposal to develop a new NFL stadium for the San Diego Chargers.Preliminary indications are that our project, in the $1.6B range, is likely a suitable "regional center" for the deployment of EB-5 investment funds.I'd be happy to share my experiences with the program as our effort evolves.

c=Page&cid=...There were grants out related to lead based paint that could get part of your windows paid for if you had a child living there under a certain age range but I stopped following most of it...It may be the same program as above but the DHS pushed down money to cities for rehab loans that were forgiven over time, not sure if this is still going on.I would start by calling the notice and seeing if it applies to non-owner occupants.
