Let's say I need a BSCE and MSCE, 10-15 years exp, 5 years management, plastics, no gaps, no tenure less than 3 years, with ties to the SE: If I find someone who has all of this, they're in the door; if they interview well, they may get a job even if they are fairly mediocre.

I don't think this cheap aluminum and plastic fixture is seventy-plus years old.

You have bigger fish to fry - namely, what sounds like an incompetent property manager and your negligence in properly managing your business (i.e. not renewing your umbrella policy, etc).

I would close govmit is not going to fry you when you did not intentionally buy and not occupy.. thats my thought.
