Add to this that many NYers have to subway and bus to their jobs anyway, A Brooklynite may commute longer to Manhattan then a  NJ suburbanite, and you see a souring happening.

Detroit is a huge city, larger than the Cities of San Francisco, Boston & Manhattan combined. 

Visit Venice Beach, Manhattan Beach.

The coop is across the street from Queens Mall and allll that shopping and one block from the R train, 20 minutes to Manhattan.

I actually never knew anyone who paid their last month of rent out of pocket if they gave a security deposit, until I moved to manhattan.

Hawaii, SF/Bay, costal SoCal, manhattan, etc., etc.

Mainly, I wanted to focus on generating prospects for new development listings.Yes, I'm working with my colleagues as well to better understand this area of the industry, but I just wanted to reach out and see what others abroad were doing as well.As for location, I live in NY and focus mainly in Suffolk/Nassua/Queens (pretty much up to, but not including, Manhattan).

I also own a company called AYA Investments, which invests in big local projects like the Hilton Kampala Hotel.I am currently into construction and mining locally.In Dubai, I own a trading company that deals in general merchandise across Middle East and Africa called Aya Mohammed Trade plus a real estate firm in Manhattan, New York, USA, that deals in both residential and commercial properties.

Apartments will also boom here in New Jersey as more people flee Manhattan and NY City.
