Here's what a reroof looks like when you have a tile roof:1) Remove existing tiles and stack2) Remove existing battens and haul away3) Strip existing felt down to plywood sheathing and remove from site (some roofers only partially remove the original layer)4) Replace any degraded plywood5) Install two layers of 30lb felt over existing felt to completion6) Install new drip edge and new bird stop around perimeter of roof7) Re-install existing tiles over new battens and new underlayment to completion8) Replace any broken tiles with new tiles 9) Re-flash all vents and pipes where applicable10) Supply and install new hip and ridge enclosure*Builders back in the day only installed 1 underlayment layer.

You have to use double-sided tape under the perimeter pieces that don't abut the wall where there's a gap between the molding and the floor.If something happens to one, you just pull it up and put down another, just as you would with carpet tile.

But in addition to kitchen and bathroom tile (not only floors but also counter top tile and bath/shower wall tile), that hammer is great for separating cabinets from studs/drywall, countertops from cabinets, breaking up small sections of concrete sidewalks/driveways and on and on... heck, I even used it to quickly dig 300 holes when planting boxwood privets around the perimeter of my yard.
