9' is my vote...Here's a question -- if you've already completed the foundation work, that tells me that you've already completed architectural drawings and have gotten your permits.  

Cost of living is better, we love the architecture, there is more than enough opportunity for work and quality of life for both myself (Software Engineer) and my wife (Accountant).

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design to be exact.  

When we go to P&S, we start having architectural plans drawn up.

Or a tile pattern that's too busy and would be difficult to repair/replace.Spend some money on the appliances, but don't go for the wine chiller in a beer neighborhood.Make it clean and simple (think architecture magazines), make it work, and move the real estate. 

I'd like to have a few disciplines (architecture, finance, lenders, engineers, brokers, etc.) in the space; hopefully create an environment where everyone feeds of one another.  

I have some quotes where both roofers had the 30 year architectural fiberglass shingle in it. 

A new HD architectural shingle, lifetime roof was added last month.
