Think about hotel professionals/owners etc in this breakdown:Hotel REITS/PE Firms - Larger firms with good sized portfolios, generally just handle asset management but could have separate divisions depending on the company i.e. management etc.  

@JadenJaden - forgot to add that I am a licensed professional engineer (PE) and certified project management professional (PMP) that has worked in the A-E (Architecture and Engineering) industry for 20 years so I have a little bit of understanding of the industry.And most importantly, don’t take any of these decisions too seriously at your age.

S&P market is at their average maximum high around P/E ratio of 25.

Besides PE giants, no one owns 100s or thousands of SFHs.

Redfin, exp, reology, dont even have calculable PE ratios because they all operate at a loss. 

They are now the fastest growing RE sales company in the world and continue to expand globally.As to your stock assessments, I can provide you a list of hundreds of publicly traded companies with no PE ratio (they lose money every quarter) and several others with PE rations well above that of eXp (now at 282 PE ratio with a stock price that is about to break the $100 per share mark today).

We all know you, me, and most people here posting are "engineers", thought only PE's could be called engineers.  

Billing rates for most PE’s doing this type of work would likely be from $75/hr to $150/hr.

When the PE ratios climb irrationally high, it mean's that the market could be, and most likely is overvalued.
