Thanks @David Dey for the advice  as well as your offer to assist me with the property, but I have resolved  the issue with the Lender an he has provided a payoff and I have already collected my Assignment Fee from the new buyers!

I'm going to second Dan Smith and Rich Ng It's imperative you follow the laws to the T in Massachusetts or else you could find yourself in some pretty hot water.

I have several on-demand NG Jacuzzi systems that I installed 7 years ago in 3 separate properties & so far absolutely no problems.

Winter is coming and many of us will be H-U-N-G-R-Y!
