We find that mom and dad are making sure their kid is paying since they're on the hook too. 

A: "He's fine, but his kid lives in the other unit and is kind of a terror".A: "Yeah" (*quickly covers ash tray*) they don't come around much, and leave me alone, and I like that."

I'm particularly passionate about about BRRRing and Fix and Flip.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, being in forests (I love big trees), fishing, building things, and financial independence.

Seems like a bunch of college kids running the show in between smoking a lot of weed over there.  

There was also some minor damage: handful of nail holes in every room, their cat scratched up some of the trim, a bunch of dings/gouges around the doorways and in the bedrooms, marker stains on the bedroom wall.More significant damages: The tenant put glow stars up in the kids bedroom.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy quality time with my wife and two kids and pretty much anything outdoors, especially golf.I am excited to learn and connect with you all!

I have a family and kids and moving frequently isn't ideal for my situation.  

Turning the pool table loft area into a full-on game room, or maybe even doing a projector screen with a home theater or video gaming set-up there - that could be a huge selling point for families looking to book a stay with amenities and spaces that will help keep their kids occupied and entertained.One note on the existing hot tub: having an awesome, well-running, clean hot tub can definitely help you command a nice premium on your STR bookings.
