We've discussed this and will explore VRBO/AirBNB at some point.We don't have to do anything, we didn't buy this property with the intent to monetize it, we bought it for personal reasons. 

If each one takes 3 months, theoretically, could own 4 homes in a year, bringing in conservatively $300/mo net cash flow / mo, would be looking at $900/mo in supplemental income with immediate and growing equity in the homes.

In all, a most profitable exoerience, despite lack of monetization.

This gives you much more freedom to maneuver in the field, especially while you figure out your true role and how to monetize opportunities, especially If you've never done a deal.Harsh reality: most probates are NOT distress sales as most PR's are not especially motivated.

Unless you're an agent, the chances monetizing is slim.
