What do you all think are the pro's and con's of a 5 yr ppp in the mid 5% range vs 3 yr ppp in the mid 6% range.

The property is just in mid-construction, not inhabitable and we've had a really hard time finding a way out.

We’re based in NYC and have OOS investing experience (long-term and mid-term rentals), and I would love to expand our adventure to the Hudson Valley and meet with like-minded investors and mentors.If there’s already a community like this, could someone please refer me to it?

To improve cash flow, consider increasing rents, exploring short-term or mid-term rental options, or leasing units at higher rents.Good luck!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for any legal references that can help me answer the following questions and provide guidance as to whether this approach is sound or needs adjustments: -What is the entity structure for managing assets and activities of a short/mid-term rental business? 

Then I've seen more experienced investors on BP explain things using finance terminology and I'm not a finance major or work in any part of finance, trading etc - maybe I'm just dumb and am sharing two brain cells with my cat LOL I am guilty of using LTR (Long Term Rentals), MTR (Mid Term Rentals) and STR (Short Term Rentals).

I'd like to list it as a mid-term rental in the offseason October- March and I'm looking for some guidance. 

Mid-term rentals work well here too for the same reasons listed earlier. 

This leaves me to consider mid terms rentals as a way to generate above average cash flow while having a reasonable amount of management. 

Is it safe to assume that with rates much higher, that the target IRR is now in the mid to high teens?
