Maybe Georgia real estate statue requires but I've never heard of it.  

I haven't done a ton of searching on that statue.

How fast would a marble go from one end to the other in the first floor?

My own view is the process is full of flaws including the owner can make good all the way up to the business day prior to the auction (many/most normal properties will not go to auction), the 1 year statue of limitations to appeal the sale, the issue with potentially some liens still being due, and the no interior viewing (unless you look through windows). 

From my understanding based on Florida statue 222.01(2) article 10, Section 4, creditors cannot have a lien against your primary residence.

I wrote a long email (to establish a paper trail) with the incidents where I thought they did not perform their job, Looked up a few statues and accused them of a few things that it would have been pretty easy to prove they did, had it come to that and sent it over.

Louis, but if I were you, I'd check out any large granite /marble plce and ask to see the boneyard.

@Keith Marble  Its 2016 so if you are saying the homes are 50 plus years old they are 60s homes and built pre hud.
