I'm under contractor on a lot to build from scratch a design forward 1BR house for STR use.  

They are also taking 5 years to do 4 year degrees-not because they are working part time, but because they can't handle a full course load and that is adding a lot to their costs with an extra year of living expenses.

Hey @Daniel Coley O'Grady, there is a lot to unpack here but to put it simply, I think it would be beneficial for you to put more time towards education and mindset.

In fact, it can be very disempowering to be the only female in a group with all these men talking over you and excluding you from the conversation (and this happens a lot to many of us.)I'm certain that we all hope to break into the majors like Jackie and take advantage of every opportunity at our disposal, but that doesn't mean that learning from other women who have already had success wouldn't be extremely valuable for many of us.

This is the people business side of things, and holly-cow there is a LOT to this, a lot more than just numbers on a paper can speak to.

The people that really hit the jackpot in 2008 when values plummeted, bought and  held onto them and it's now worth a couple of million.
