Their coaching is not cheap, but I think the thing that separates them from the one-time seminar gurus is that they offer a series of classes designed to deepen their student's knowledge so that they end up with a well-rounded education, versus what you can get (and retain) out of a single 3-day fact-filled seminar.

The owner rented rooms for $1k each (I think that's what she told me) to young professionals working at MUSC right down the street and to Citadel students.

For example, I got my property in the medical center bc its close to UTSA for my tenants, and when they move out I can rent it to travel nurses, UTSA students, or medical students.
