A person on entering into an agreement to build a swimming pool or contained body of water or sell, rent or lease a dwelling with a swimming pool or contained body of water shall give the buyer, lessee or renter a notice explaining safety education and responsibilities of pool ownership as approved by the department of health services.To me, every pool needs a fence!

For MF properties in Bremen, you will most likely have to do a multi approach to sourcing the right deal: market to off market properties to see if they’re interested, watch the MLS, and look for properties that have enough land and zoning will allow an additional dwelling unit (ADU) like garage apartment or tiny house

In the area of town I live and invest, there are already a lot of singles next to true duplex next to quads, so there is less scrutiny in general around it anyways.The things that I would primarily check is was the work permitted and approved as a separate dwelling unit.

I generally do $125 per sq ft on a condo for dwelling coverage if it helps at all.
