@Mindy PerryReally doesn't matter what software you pick as long as it has the features you want.Two biggest challenges with ALL software:1) None are perfect, so deal with the tradeoffs2) Most users rarely put in enough time to really understand how to utilize the software.

Then there's paint....for a long time, it was shades of brown/tan/beige, then went to gray (around 2015 as I recall, then back to the brown shades.I like the herringbone, maybe we will stop seeing Subway tile everywhere for a while...?

Next time give them a call or email/text to let them know the notice was mailed and what it contains. 

But I have seen just this scenario played out MANY times before.
