Rents will remain high and go sideways in most markets, with the exception of where new construction has been running hot causing move in specials.

How ‘hot’ is the market?

They would send me a hot lead I'd get back to them as soon as possible however they wouldn't follow up with the seller in time.

An AC unit in beaucoup Hot weather may have an up charge from the installer because he knows he can get it from customers who want immediate cooling.

For example, a hot water heater is ready to go versus a bathroom you want to upgrade.
