There's a lot more innovations regarding color coding of the properties in the pipeline to know what needs attention now, team communications, graphical KPI funnel,  etc. 

Maybe geta second opinion- but based on facts given your CPA understands everything, they're not clearly explaining it in a way you're fully understanding though.Here's a graphic - so your loss becomes a business loss becuase it's now non-passive.

There are several inexpensive templates out there (Graphic River comes to mind) that you can buy and customize.

Are you able to upload designs/graphics or was it all text on USPS site?

Most people spend between $1,500 and $2,000 on direct mail to find a deal, so I thought $2,500 made sense since there are some set up items (website design, graphic design, etc.) that cost $500-$700.I’ll update this thread every few days with my progress.
