Use this as a chance to keep goodwill, at most you are out an extra 120 in paint, think of how many times most of us would have had to paint those walls with turnover and you saved many multiples of that.

That way I can offer them the ability to check their boxes while checking mine.You may in fact lose a number of these tenants, but I think you'll generate more good-will through options than company policy at this point.

In my case she wanted 6 months, but the premise is the same.First I charged rent in my case since it was a longer stay, in yours you can decide if an extra $1,500 is worth it or not...I'd probably not worry about it for a short stay and use it as 'good will' towards accepting my offer.
