Even though I'm sure it's super fun, it doesn't photograph well.I would add one or two photos of the trees or the start of a nature path on your property.

Oh, and my insurance agent is telling me my premiums are likely going to double once I rent out the apartment - fun times (Yes we are shopping that around). 

If they won't go to Disney for example, is there someplace fun and cheaper and closer they can go?

I do have a full time job that I work as my primary income so this is more for fun/expanding my horizons.

Just something to chew on before you automatically dismiss MLS properties because you feel too many eyes are already on the opportunity. 

I can’t see 8 thirty day stays and 32 one day stays being any fun.

I've done a few deals on my own in and around Detroit, but I've had to dial my investing activity WAY back due  to my W2 and other personal obligations, so I'm now leaning heavily on the skills & knowledge that the Upside team brings to keep building my portfolio.This has been a fun thread to read and I love seeing the positive rapport that they've built amongst their investors.
