To state that they're running around recommending note structures that will allow them to screw you out of your note at a later date is silly.Also note that a KEY part of the reason you are seller financing is to defer the recognition of cap gain taxes.

Not only do you get great tools, but it's a bit of status recognition that you're serious about what you do - so serious that you're willing to invest some money towards making the connections necessary to push yourself forward.On top of it, paying for the system that enables you to get where you are and will propel you forward is just good manners.

I wouldn't have to form my own, I would think you would get all of the history associated with the LLC, such as length of existence, credit rating, name recognition, etc...

The difference being, you get name recognition with the big company for which you pay for in regards to your split (50/50) and franchise fees.

Now we have brand recognition and great Google ratings and traffic.

Some are free and some schools want a fee or costs covered if they are significant.Your first step to recognition for a younger person is admitting you don't know it all, but knowing where to find answers.

Unless you have trade marks, copyrights, name recognition of your brand, such as with a franchise, your good will can be discounted, totally in many cases, as your intrinsic values may not recognized financially.

Such companies are not cheap, and given the limited funds, we have to do it alone.That said, if any of our wonderful members has any contacts and wants to see BP get the recognition it deserves on a national scale, I'm all about it!

Frigidaire costs less, looks just as good, and is less unfriendly to repair pros.As a flipper myself I know appearance sells...Name recognition on GE is good...Cause that's all they care about!
