Promoting a seller financed property?

I'm currently selling a 5 unit property in PA. It is fully rented and paid-off, so it is not a problem to offer seller financing. Any suggestions on how to market this sort of property? I understand that there is a lot of demand for seller financing. Thanks!

Ben Bishop are you going to try to sell the note after you sell this property with owner financing? I don't see that in what you wrote. I think this thread has ran a bit off track. Your question, as far as I can tell, was simply "Any suggestions on how to market this sort of property?" Nothing about selling the note. I'm afraid, David Beard and Bill Gulley that the thread has wandered a bit off track. Good advice, but not what Ben was asking.
