I was very interested in Great Falls (prior military and I like Montana) but I reached out to multiple investors, wholesalers, and REALTORS in the area and didn't get a response so I gave up and kept investing locally.I think it's too late to jump on the Bozeman, Missoula, Big Sky market because it's already exploded and sells for a premium.

We're one of the fastest growing cities, We have one of the youngest populations of wealthy and educated people and our high paying Bio & Tech fields (new jobs/careers created) are set to explode over the next decade.Not to mention better weather than other major markets priced higher than we are, w/ more potential.

Yea I can see that, in the 5 years we've been here we've seen the Austin market only continue to explode - which is why we wanted to hurry and buy a home initially, it's gotten to a point where the 4br $650k home we found in SW Austin seemed like a "deal" >_< Also thanks for offering to share your agent's contact info, that would be fantastic!
