Expanding your marketing to platforms like Craigslist, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, and even Instagram could help get more eyes on your listing.

I successfully run 1 STR and have a 2nd that an inherited PM handles.I have Vrbo and Airbnb they will sync with each other with no external software.I set pricing easily by using the built in tools that Vrbo provides.Automated messages are built into both platforms.Vrbo keeps my calendar slammed, but I take direct bookings as needed, simple to do.I have no additional 3rd party fees to very sucessfuly run and manage my property needing only a a few minutes per week.

If they are professional, they can explain this quickly and easily.

This sort of deal could go south very easily and for that reason I stayed away.What would you do? 

It's very difficult to find a good property management team as many OOS investors are using the good ones; therefore, the good ones are running around like a chicken with their head cut off and can only keep up by expanding their team.

Build yourself a Google business page, make yourself easily bookable on Airbnb (did you know that 25% of nights booked on Airbnb are for 30 day stays and more? 

We have expansive soils here (clay that expands when it gets wet) as well as some older cast iron lines and even some orangeburg so it's common to see sewer line issues (often just some tree roots that need to be cleaned then the line re-scoped).
