Basically I'm trying to examine if there are any inefficiencies/pains in the *** that can be automated away to save hassle and headache.

I am researching numbers, stats to narrow down to 3-4 areas.

STAT!

How can I do "factual, numbers, stats" only research so I can narrow my search down to a handful of cities i.e. census information etc for the following and please let me know if I am missing anything out important? 

The stat is on the main floor and controls both levels.  

Don't have the stats for you but I have a lot of clients with boots on the ground here.

I would go to our title companies title plant and have the title examiner show me how to look things up.. now keep in mind we were the largest client at the time for that small title company so I got a lot of perks.. but where I really did well was in the map rooms scouting out showdown plats.. that is one of the best ways to find value.. 

That was a weird feeling but when examining what I was holding this was the only property I felt I would have regretted not selling if the market flattened out or dropped.

Stat.

The stats are: -5 stories totaling 20,000 square feet above ground, plus a full basement which is partial commercial space and partial tenant storage/utilities-First floor commercial space is around 2300 square feet with an additional 1500 in the basement, 12' ceilings in the first floor-14 residential units above, most have private balconies or decks, elevator, bike storage, mail room.
