I'd encourage you to speak to an attorney to make sure you are set up with good protection to cover any incident that may happen i.e. umbrella policy or increased liability coverage.

for me personally I have a credentials package that is available to anyone who wants to work with us.. and I encourage them to run a background check..I mean look at what landlords put poor tenants through who are looking to make 700 dollar rents.. and yet they will fork over 100's of thousands and never do any deeper check other than what the guys are promoting..
