.: I think you'll find David, that just like SFH are less maintenance than multis, condos are less still than SFH :) I don't disagree with that one, but in the markets where I've researched (TX, LA, NOVA/DC) I observed two problems with condos.In LA/TX, the condo fees were just too crazy for what you were getting, and the economics of the condo was just a -little- cheaper than SFH.

I am currently in negotiation with a seller in Arlington on a seller financing deal, and it's looking likely we can come to an agreement that works for us both.Can anyone in the Northern Virginia (NoVA) area who has successfully done a seller financing deal recommend the attorney and/or title company they used?

@Brady Fox I did a seller financed deal in 2016 with a NoVA owner and still own the property today.
