Thank you for your kind offer to visit with me but I would never impose on family time and I am pretty well 'green' at this and would more than likely embarrass myself asking you newbie questions.

This home was hard for me to find listed because, according to their realtor, the seller was embarrassed to be selling the home as a short sale.

Been doing it for some time and have only once had to call "Mom", who was suitably embarrassed in juniors behaviour to advance us his rent for the balance of the semester.

What really happened is I over paid.Mistake 1: I didn't do my homework on what stuff costs because using connections.Mistake 2: I was to embarrassed to negotiate because their my friends friend, uncle,cousin,family friend and I just couldn't stomach up and say can it be done cheaper.Now when I have personal connections ask me for work I say be in the ball park within the 3 estimates I got and it's yours.

Which is embarrassing when it's your own work the guy is talking about)...then you hire it out.

Now we can all be embarrassed by the stats of the big hitters

Delinquency and default and life can at times, be embarrassing for a person and unfortunately the reaction from time to time is stick your head in the sand.

(Sorry for being straight-forward, but I am a 'nuts & bolts' kind of person, and try to remove the 'fluff' and not waste people's time).A few years ago, I was literally embarrassed by trying to use...well, a TV guru's forms when trying to put properties under contract to assign them, when the real estate agent I personally new for over 10 years, pulled me aside and told me that I could not write my name/and or assigns on a Virginia Real Estate contract.
