A seller can ask me proof about deals that I have done...Do you really think I'm going to be powering up the copy machine, sifting through bank statements and checks...just to get them to do a deal with me...Not happening.

My opinion is simply that buying holding real estate is a long slow way to build wealth in real estate and very painful as you go...And learning to buy and sell.. creating a cash machine.. that you then reinvest is much faster...go pick up the book....10 Roads to Riches by Ken Fisher...

The same thing is with my IT job: new project drawn up, getting the software put together, setting the configurations, debugging the hiccups, marking it as complete.In both cases, once I "get in the zone", I'm a machine.

My two goals for 2009 were to purchase an investment property & also purchase an arcade machine to place at a local indoor soccer facility.

You can buy an ozone machine for $100 and run it in the space.

I have used an ozone machine, but still, have roach odor in the duplex.  

Also, have any BP members used Cody Sperber's M5 marketing machine, and if so, what are your thoughts?
