There are tons of ways to do this: Direct Mail, Bandit signs, Craigslist ads, Pay per click campaigns, Website SEO, etc.I tried the same things you're doing at first, and finally realized I was spinning my wheels.

There is no such exemption, in fact it's contrary to terms required.I'm tossing this all out from an RE note compliance view, I don't know if your MHs are tied down and considered RE or sitting on wheels, so take that into consideration.

We had a house tested and it only had about 3-5 pieces of wood trim that had lead paint.Lead paint was used because it was more durable but it was more expensive.

Back in the BC years, before computers and clouds, work was 24/7, eat, sleep, walk and talk RE and at any time almost you can set RE aside to manage anything that pops up, it's what's great about RE, you live a life while the wheels are always turning on the business side.

On my mobile homes, the bank requires that the wheels be taken off and the axle disengaged, which requires a few bolts be detached.

Your basically saying a licensee cannot bargain and must pay full FMV for real estate while the rest of the citizens in the state can wheel and deal.I'll go along with having to disclose you have a license if they feel compelled to say you must be some kind of thief, but a state and a department that appears not even capable of making clear and specific and reasonable rules needs to looked at closely.

I'd think most everything in your neighborhood is stick built or manufactured cans on wheels (as they call them) if they are in a park.
