.- Basic pots & pans for cooking- Coffee maker and filters- Salt & Pepper- Utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, coffee mugs (pyrex is inexpensive and durable)- Cooking utensils like large spoons, spatula and basic cooking knives.- Paper products such as toilet paper, a bag of paper napkins, 1 paper towel roll to start them off.

Anything that is super durable.

The general durable POA expressly allows the Attorney in Fact to borrower, invest, etc. 

Durable will outlast carpet, should be the last floor covering you will install.2.

The 2 inch ones are a bit more expensive,  but so far seem to be a lot more durable,  not to mention easier to clean.

That's your typical lifetime warrantied LVP.The common theme among reviews of all different brands is scratches.Do you really think LVP is durable flooring?

The third being a combination of durability and waterproofing.With regards to price - $3 / sqft is very high for this sort of material.

I figure since it will get a lot of traffic, that stuff would be more durable/more protection.

Nice flooring is worth it (just make certain it's really durable and super scratch-resistant).
