Following this I took photos of the lots, flew the drone over for video and aerial photos and began building some online content on Zillow, Trulia, Landwatch etc... 

You have surface mold and airborne mold.

And this is really interesting - someone flew a R/C drone thru the property, this is very much like what the property looked like when I toured in in the spring.

So I decided to purchase a drone UAV with the camera attached.

If you are the seller then they should give you a presentation of sorts...showing how and where ...online and in print they market...what kind of photos...do they use professionals...drones etc...what kind of signage they will use...will they do open houses...do they have suggestions on any small repairs or cleaning before you market your property...then if you still have questions I see no reason they should be offended....

What would the process be drone start to finish if you don't mind?
