If you are the seller then they should give you a presentation of sorts...showing how and where ...online and in print they market...what kind of photos...do they use professionals...drones etc...what kind of signage they will use...will they do open houses...do they have suggestions on any small repairs or cleaning before you market your property...then if you still have questions I see no reason they should be offended....
