We got really good deals on Delta display models from a local plumbing supply house that shut down its showroom.

You can display how serious you are to them, and if they know you, you have a better chance at a discount or lower "rate" on the seller financed note.

where can you find a reliable source that displays current listing of homes for sale?

There doesn't seem to be a way to separate 'land' from 'homes'.I tried the basic input of the simplest terms but the pages that display are just filled with Ads that are not what I'm looking for.

You might visit their current residence to see if your prospective tenant is currently displaying it.

So technically speaking, QuiickBooks doesn't DISPLAY the document in itself, but sends you to MSW automatically to view it there and print it out with all the names of your tenants and amounts, etc. 

The house is in good condition, but this display in the yard is unacceptable.
