They could also bundle say 20 out of 100 restaurants backing your store's location but then all of those 20 are the crappy performing stores they can all dump at once if they do not turn around while not affecting the top diamond performers.It's a game where tenants want the least risk on their side and the lower rent paid.

Acres of Diamonds. 

Buying a list isn't magically going to make diamond properties fall from the sky.

The non profit that I am president of ( for at least one more meeting before my term expires raised over 1.8 million last year alone).I am NOT available to be a board member though because of other obligations, but I can see leadership potential in this post alone, who knows what other diamonds in the rough are out there as well.I gave ten bucks when we were thinking of making a profit.

Now if I partner with a buyer before he sees the property and we sign an agreement, and he then goes to the address and agrees, we have a diamond in the rough.  

Check out the Black Diamond meetings in both Worcester (this Tuesday) and Waltham (next week) for sure as they are both really good.  

If you are up for it and are good with the boats Ann runs a marvelous event, Black Diamond, that meets tomorrow in Waltham.
