The first two I paid cash by taking money off a low interest credit card so that payment is figured into everything).I mainly look for cash flow and don't even look at depreciation on taxes or any appreciation in value...I just consider tax benefits bonuses and don't rely on appreciation at all because it is a depressed area.

Looks like the house needs work including the foundation.I also trying to find my farm area, so far I have been looking at suburbs north of Dallas with good schools, however I am worried about going into to much of a depressed area.

The large commercial projects in the pipeline are huge and large new projects being announced regularly so we should see this get back to normal or better in 12 - 24 months.I don't monitor the outlying counties as much, but they still look depressed.
