I’m now looking to perhaps getting into flipping.I am considering a flip however I don’t have a substantial pot of money to deploy towards a flip.

If you are ready to deploy the REFI right away that is probably the way to go. 

If not, am I expected to come up with that equity that I had already pulled out and deployed into other projects?

You are going to be holding up your capital that could be deployed on easier projects for a lot of 'what ifs' in this process and from what I have heard, purchasing thru Auction.com has it's own perils you need to watch out for (not that I'm against using them for a home run deal).  

I'm testing the waters with crowd funding now too, trying to find an alternate place to deploy idle capital in what I consider to be an expensive real estate and stock market. 

@Daphne Williams I'm in almost the exact same boat, I'm waiting until this fall to invest my money because I'm currently deployed but I just wanted to comment here to bring more attention to this post!
