@Donald Shaver military has benefits like medical and dental, TA, etc. like Brandon said in the podcast 40k a year or 250k a year you have to live within your means.

I'm not judging them for not having dental insurance, I'm just saying if you are from San Francisco you will have huge culture shock just driving 4 - 6 hours north.When I was in Crescent City, that was during the 2016 election and there were literally huge altars to Trump, too - giant wooden structures with huge decorated Trump signs/banners, etc.
