Chad Carson has had some great content on this - how it de-risks a portfolio, for example.just curious if you don't mind sharing, what's your portfolio look like? 

It looks like in your state (CT) like my state PA that electricity is de-regulated meaning that the consumer can actually choose the company that generates the electricity separate of the one that maintains the physical lines and handles billing.

Kansas is unfortunately... the sold home prices don't show up say like our bordering states colorado they even show up on zillow etc.
