Now to the bad news: it is REALLY hard to be a 20yo real estate agent and make a living wage, let alone generate cash for a down payment.

This fall we launched 2 more syndications for infill developments in Boise. a 30+ unit Live-work townhome project in West Boise that has never been developed on 1.3 acres of land and an 8 unit lot split on the Boise Bench with a house to flip on an acre. 

I'm always looking to add more and more just to possibly make it more comfortable to prompt great ratings.

I have a great job that I love and currently do not need to spend the cash flow from the properties. 

We ended up having to dig up parts of the front yard to replace the main water line that connected to the city water supply to the home.

You have to come to the table (a future deal) with funds to get the ball rolling.

My BP account was messed up for 2 days so I couldn't respond to anyone.

Owner/Occupants want function and style.Investors perhaps more numbers focused...probably want numbers to work day 1.Owner/Occupants....they'll stretch to make the numbers work....what can we cut to make our dream home work for us.Personally I don't think either thinks about exit strategies too much or maybe even not enough.I would say Owner/Occupants way way more focused on cosmetics and less about maintenance. 

Easy access to the Shore Acres recreation center and the new middle school.A short drive to the new Whole Foods and the 4th Street corridor.

The redemption period in my state is 90 days, not three years.
