based on the model number they are from around 1991 and the washer has had its second issue with the coin slide that renders the whole machine useless(the actual coin slot itself broke from the slide and I had to rig it to work last time since I can’t seem to find parts). So now I have a dilemma with more variables than just an inop washer. The washer/dryer prices are currently 1.25 and 1.50 since I purchased the place (can’t find additional coin slots ) and even if I found them the slots max out at 2.00 a machine (which appears low based on local laundromat prices).

He then goes on to talk himself out of THAT because his mom had a bad time owning houses. This is a guy who spent years watching his mom landlord, spending 5 years in his 20s as a loan officer (I'm guessing broker), and now drives big rigs for our employer)I'm honestly just wondering how common such a specific excuse like this is, and why someone wouldnt be open to ideas that give him exactly what he's looking for?

I’m looking to make things as cookie cutter as possible to simplify repairs and renovations when a tenant moves out.I’m looking to make a list of durable long lasting faucets , fixtures , appliances, flooring, and anything else that would be helpful. This list may be helpful for a lot of people besides myself.Looking for brands and models, high efficiency fixtures.Thank you

., Don’t skimp on the lock, use a contractor grade lock, if possible, get the lock installed on the inside of the cage (no room for bolt cutters to open), and make multiple copies of the key.

Truth is design is not cookie cutter & while some things might work in multiple applications the angle a designer brings is that the overall style of the house and the materials chosen create a fresh relationship that speaks to buyers.
