Here are some reasons to get the ball rolling:Thriving Market: Florida's population continues to boom, fueled by warm weather, a strong job market, and a business-friendly climate.

But after a year or so I want to purchase my first single family home and BRRRR it and continue BRRRRR'n SFH's. honestly, I'm not sure if this is a good idea, or good start.

My goal is 25 doors in 5 years, my struggle right now is deciding to either go back to work and save up money to continue or come up with a way to leverage financing to stay afloat myself and stick with it, waking up everyday 100% dedicated to my real estate.
